Office Sessions

Private and Confidential Sessions provide the highest level of success!

At the Insight Hypnosis Center, your hypnosis session will be private. The one-on-one sessions provide you with the best results. Individual hypnosis sessions allow you to benefit in many ways:

Your session is completely confidential.
Your hypnotist will answer all of your questions about hypnosis so you will be informed and at ease.
Your hypnotist is able to customize your hypnosis sessions for your particular needs and considerations.
Your hypnotist will be able to ensure that you are hypnotized and have reached the appropriate level of hypnosis for your hypnosis session.
You will develop a good working relationship with your hypnotist so that he or she understands your concerns and goals.

Schedule Hypnosis Sessions at the Insight Hypnosis Center!

Open Monday – Friday 8 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM

Initial session includes:
Consultation for individual condition and explanation of 'Hypnosis and Mind Power'

Follow-up sessions include:
Written material and CD's for support between sessions

The number of sessions depend on the individual case as each person has their own special needs to address.

What You Will Experience During Your Private Session

A private session begins with an intake form where you are asked for background information and what you wish to accomplish with Mind Power Hypnosis. This allows the session to be personally customized just for you.

You will then be given a mini-seminar on "Hypnosis and Mind Power". This is a fascinating exploration of how hypnosis works as a tool to open the door to the power of your mind! It provides a basis for understanding yourself as you never have before and it will inspire you to achieve your goals.

Next we begin hypnosis! With soft lighting and soothing music, you begin the journey toward reaching your true potential. You will be given suggestions to relax your body and mind. It will feel very pleasant and you will relax deeper than you ever have before.
